In terms of product, it adds cloud services, and uses the main brands, it would be great for future realises that other online storage providers are included, such as pcloud. I replied, luckily this time they answered within a couple of hours which resolved the issue, together with an apology for the inconvenience, however no compensation (ie an additional two weeks to my subscription). The response today was disappointing, I was advised to go to the start menu and uninstall the program, then delete the C:\ProgramData\WinZip folder, both of which do not appear on a Mac, and then given a registration number for the PC version to use. I advised my Registration number, that I was using a mac, that I have fully uninstalled and removed, and reinstalled the software and attached a screen shot. WinZip International LLCs parent company has been Corel, Inc. I contacted the help desk, and waited 2 weeks for a response. WinZip International LLC is a Private company. I was unable to successfully register my product meaning I could not use WinZip.
My subscription Began with a bumpy start at the beginning of December. Slow customer service, appeared to have not looked into the issue I was having.
